Heaters
We are engaged in manufacturing and export of a wide range of heaters, that are extensively used on hot runner nozzles, and manifolds, die cast nozzles, packaging machines and for other applications. These heaters are basically constructed using compacted MgO, high temperature resistance wire and chrome nickel steel tube. Designed using latest technology, our range of heaters provide uniform distribution of heat over the length of elements and all around. Further, our range of heaters can be constructed with or without built in thermocouples.

Coil Heaters Cast In Brass This is a coil heater cast in brass having an outer casing of SS and is also known as high performance tubular heaters or cable heaters. Basically constructed of compacted MgO, high temperature resistance wire and chrome nickel steel tube, our coil heaters can also be availed with or without built in thermocouples. Available in customized options, these are used in the applications of heating nozzle & bushings, hot runner tools in the plastic industry and die casting nozzles. Description: As the name indicates this is a coil heater cast in brass having an outer casing of SS. Available with an added feature of built-in-thermocouple, applications of these heaters are quite similar to coil heaters but have some advantages over the latter. In these custom built infrared heaters, the heating coils are embedded in a special ceramic fibre-board which insulates, adds durability and shock resistance. They are a neat, easily mounted and readily expanded heating solution. Available: -
