Established in the year 1969, Pratik Heat Products Private Limited is engaged in manufacturing and exporter of Industrial Heating Elements. Our range includes Coil Heaters, Micro Tubular Coiled Heaters, Formed Tubular Heaters and High Watt Density Cartridge Heaters. In addition to these, we also offer High Performance Heaters for Machine Nozzles, Ceramic Band Heaters, Mica Band Heaters and Mica Nozzle Heaters. Our range is appreciated for its features such as sturdy construction, application specific design, high temperature tolerance, longer usage life and durability. These are widely used for hot runner nozzles, and manifolds, die cast nozzles and packaging machines across the globe. Moreover, our constant devotion to quality has made us a reliable OEM supplier to various companies. We have 3 state-of-the-art manufacturing units, which allow us to manufacture our range of products within the stipulated time frame. Further, we have gained CE Certification for Coil heaters, Micro Coil heaters & High Performance heaters by TUV- SUD and Intertex, which is the mark of the quality of our range of products. Moreover, our team of professionals is in continuous coordination with our clients, enabling us to customize our range of products as per their requirements. We work under the guidance of our Owner, Mr.Shah, who has intense knowledge and experience in this domain. Further, it is because of his hard work and dedication that we are first and only manufacturer and exporter of Heaters for Hot Runner Moulds in India.
